- Indian passport: Must be valid for the duration of your stay in Turkey (6+ months validity strongly recommended)
- Email address: A working email — your e-Visa approval letter will be sent here
- Credit or debit card: For online payment (~$51 USD for single entry)
- Passport bio-data scan: Some applications may ask you to upload a scanned copy

Documents to Carry When Travelling to Turkey
While the e-Visa application is simple, Turkish immigration officers at Istanbul airport (IST) may ask for supporting documents. Always carry:
- Printed e-Visa approval letter (PDF from evisa.gov.tr)
- Valid Indian passport
- Return flight ticket
- Hotel booking confirmation
- Proof of sufficient funds (bank card or cash equivalent to your trip expenses)
Photo Requirements
The Turkey e-Visa application does not require a photo upload in most cases. However, if you’re applying for a sticker visa at a Turkish consulate (not the e-Visa), you’d need 2 biometric photos. For the standard online e-Visa, no photo is needed.
